Changes

I can see the reasoning for merging, and I'm not sure if they should be one or two articles at this point.  It seems to me that totalitarianism is the final result of censorship, or that censorship is the ''tool'' of totalitarianism.  Does it deserve to be its own article? If you think so, I'll give it some more thought and possibly merge them when I get home in a few hours.  I guess the point is that totalitarianism involves more than just censorship: indoctrination, repression, a culture of hatred and/or fear.
