Note: Judaism does not have a "unified" theory of Inspiration or practical authority of Scripture. That is, The most authoritative, and capable of being regulatory to life as "law" is the five books of Moses. After that, the Prophets. And after that, the "Writings." The Scripture of the Saduccees was just the Five books of Moses, and since there is little if anything about the resurrection from the dead and the after life in the the Five Books of Moses, they believed in neither. The Pharisees, believing in the on-going of revelation extending, though with lesser authority, to the Prophets (such as Daniel) and the Writings, believed in both.

Note: Any numbers of cultures have killed those who disagreed with them.  For centuries [[Roman Catholics]] burnt at the stake those they saw as [[heretic]]s. The [[Spanish Inquisition]] and the [[Italian Inquisition]] tortured their opponents. [[Protestantism|Protestants]] returned the compliment. They tortured and killed Roman Catholic heretics. Later more liberal societies allowed some measure of free speech and stopped the worst legal abuses.  Killing opponents continued illegally as by the [[Ku Klux Klan]]. 

 

Fortunately Conservapedia can’t kill their opponents.  They only block your account if you write true things they dislike. What happens when people like [[User:Aschlafly|Aschlafly]]  [[User: Karajou|Karajou]] and [[User:Ed Poor|Ed Poor]] can kill opponents?  I’m only half joking.
