Osama Bin Laden is the leader of [[al Qaeda]], a worldwide [[Muslim]] [[terrorist]] group thought to be responsible for [[9-11]] and other terrorist attacks on Americans in the 1990s.  He was protected by the [[Taliban]] until the glorious American invasion of Afghanistan after [[9-11]] drove him into hiding. While he has not been able to be located yet, the US forces are always hot on his trail, which has allowed the [[Department of Homeland Security]] some extra time to prevent more attacks on our interests.  It is my understanding that Pat Tillman was killed in action attempting to behead Bin Laden or at the very least, damage his dialysis machine.  [http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/05/22/AR2005052200865.html]
