:The think the adjective is unndeeded. There is no such thing as a "pro-democratic" Dictatorship. If there was, the dictator would step down when voted out of office, which by it's very nature would make a democracy and oh no I've gone cross eyed :) [[User:StephenK|StephenK]] 13:14, 10 December 2008 (EST)
