::: I appreciate your advice on the approach to Bible reading. Unfortunately in my case, it's not a matter of knowing but rather of breaking through my laziness and following through. It reminds me of a Bible verse that speaks to this matter -- somewhere in Romans, maybe...but sadly, I'm not sure.
