The '''Octagon''' is the eight-sided ring (hence the name) that [[UFC]] fights take place in. The ring is surrounded by eight chain-linked fences. The mat is repainted every match, changing the sponsor logos on it. In fact, when most think of the UFC, they may think of the Octagon; it has become that much of a part of the league's image.
