'''Charles "Dutch" Schultz''' was a [[Jew]]ish [[gangster]] in [[Prohibition]]-era [[New York]]. He was a deputy of [[Lucky Luciano]]. Schultz's career ended abruptly when he tried to expand his operation into [[Harlem]], which was controlled by the rival gangster Bumpy Johnson. These events are detailed in the 1997 documentary ''Hoodlum''.
