: Thanks - it was interesting that when the BBC ran a poll of historians in 2000 to rank the 20 PMs of the 20th Century, Chamberlain came clearly above Balfour, Eden and Callaghan, largely because of his economic policies. (I think those three were pretty unanimously agreed to be the bottom of the heap - I wonder where Mr Bliar would come if the exercise were re-run!)
