There are many similarities between the two empires, for example, both Empires were ruled by one man and both empires were looking to expand their power by continuously conquering land. Of course they both had their differences as well. The main language of the Roman Empire was Latin where as the Byzantine Empires main language was Greek.

I think that both have happened so far. But mainly from what I have seen, the devil has been creating many obstacles for him. The devil is the root of all evil and is constantly trying to tear us down. That’s where Jesus comes in. He is here to forgive us for all of our evil desires, which makes the devil irate. Therefore the devil is constantly finding obstacles to put in the way.

I think that both have happened so far. But mainly from what I have seen, the devil has been creating many obstacles for him.
