The '''Denver Broncos''' are a [[National Football League]] franchise based in [[Denver]], [[Colorado]], formed in 1960. They are part of the [[American Football Conference]] (AFC) and play in the AFC West Division. The team had an unsuccessful bid for the [[Super Bowl]] several times (1977, 86, 87, and 88) before finally winning the "Big Game" under [[John Elway]], winning two years in a row in 1997 and 1998, in no small thanks to the running game and Terrell Davis.
