Father Thomas J. Euteneuer (pronounced EYE-ten-our) (b. 1962) has served as the president of Human Life International since 2000. Human Life International "is the world’s largest pro-life organization with affiliate offices and associates in seventy-five countries around the world."<ref>http://www.hli.org/president_hli.html</ref>

Fr. Euteneuer holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana and also earned a Licentiate degree in Biblical Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, Italy. As a college student, he served in the Marine Corps Officer Candidate Program, survived boot camp and graduated at the top of his Company. After his ordination in 1988, he served as a parish priest in Florida.

He publicly criticized [[Sean Hannity]]'s downplaying of Catholic doctrine, who responded with a hostile, on-camera interview on FOX News on March 9, 2007. <ref>http://www.hli.org/article_hannity_fr_tom_euteneuer.html</ref>
