grosslt oversimplified article - also technically wrong
This article is simply wrong. Plastics such as nitrocellulose were discovered in the 1800's; not all plastics are derived from oil, etc. This article should be rewritten and expanded. [[User:PaulBurnett|PaulBurnett]] 23:37, 8 June 2009 (EDT)
