Nancy-Ann DeParle was appointed the Health Care Czar in the presidential administration of [[Barack Hussein Obama]], as the head of the White House Office of Health Care Reform.  She has been a tireless advocate of [[socialized medicine]] for many years.  Her husband, Jason DeParle, is a reporter for the [[New York Times]].  Some have speculated that he may abuse this position in order to aid his wife and push for the health care "reform" favored by the Obama administration.
