When it got to Moses, he read it, went into exstasy with delight, holding it to his breast, finally saying to Fredrick, "O my lord, I have been so touched and honored by your note mentioning my name and I humbly ask of you that your sign it for my continual reverence."  Fredrick nodded, signed it handing it back to Moses, who immediately rose from his knees, held out the note, and read it in loud and emotion packed tone, "Moses Mendelson is the Fist Ass of the Kingdom, Fredrick the Second."
