I found a source for an old Wikipedia dispute, the allegation Hiss was responsible for the employment of 494 employees on the UN staff [http://www.peacekey.com/1-1-a/UN_Web/1_UN_Book/The_Fearful_Master_09.htm] Can we use this either here or in the UN article?
