==British lawsuit and High Court ruling==
On October 10, 2007, Mr. Justice Barton, a judge for the London High Court, ruled on a lawsuit filed by a parent against the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families over the film being shown in public schools.<ref>http://business.timesonline.co.uk/tol/business/law/article2633838.ece</ref> In the ruling, the judge found that the film contains nine significant scientific errors, "promotes partisan political views," and that the film could only be shown if guidance notes were included to balance the movie's biased views.<ref>http://noteviljustwrong.com/images/nejw/docs/22161.pdf</ref>
