::The bit about the WMD's was speculation, unsupported, and it is a known fact (for all but the radical left) that the WMD information mislead everyone, because it seemingly turned out to be bad intelligence, not only on the part of the CIA, but MI-6 in the U.K., as well as other foreign intelligence agencies. Therefore it cannot ever be stated it was a lie, since what Powell said, what Bush said, was based upon their best belief and information at hand. See the difference, Brown25?
