This has been inspected by Fact Check reporters who confirmed the seal is present.  Additionally, according to FactCheck.org, "The director of Hawaii’s Department of Health confirmed Oct. 31 that Obama was born in Honolulu.".  {{cite web|publisher=[[FactCheck]] |url=http://www.factcheck.org/elections-2008/born_in_the_usa.html |title=Born in the U.S.A. |date=August 21, 2008 |accessmonthday=August 21 |accessyear=2009}}
