The '''Today's New International Version''' is a [[liberal]], [[feminist]] revision of the [[NIV]], which was sharply criticized. The TNIV uses unisex, gender-neutral language unsupported by the original manuscripts, and even appeased feminists by omitting reference to Jesus as the unborn child:
