''Weather Report'' was a famous [[jazz fusion]] band that was active from 1970 to 1985. The band was led by keyboardist Joe Zawinul, and consisted of influential jazz musicians Wayne Shorter and [[Jaco Pastorius]] (though Jaco was only involved with the band from 1976-82).
Their 1977 album "Heavy Weather" is often considered to be one of the greatest jazz fusion albums of all time.
