Changes

I find the edit of my small edit of Ultramontane vs Gallican to be unwarranted. It is not simply birth control (which is controversial as to being an ex cathedra dogma) but papal infallibility that finds dissent, and not simply by laity, as even the WP article on this states, Küng, Garry Wills) though (in addition to the one i referenced)  a 1989–1992 survey of young Catholics of multiple nationalities showed that only 36.9% affirmed the teaching on papal infallibility, with 36.9% denying it.<ref>Report on surveys of the International Marian Research Institute, by Johann G. :::It is a separate paragraph already, and as stated it pertained most directly to the issue of opposition to papal infallibility to papal authority by laity. But while the latter ref. deals first with those who "disagree with the Pope on articles of faith", the former focuses on Kung's opposition to birth control and abortion. These are only being two manifestations of opposition  to PI, and if anything, it is those which should necessitate a separate para, while i should have provided better references as re. PI.
