As I just explained above Raul would not need to lie as he has the absolute power in his country. Also please note that you are breaking Conservapedia commandement #5 by posting the opening of the article as "and is presumably no longer alive as of December 2009; the communists running Cuba have no incentive to risk challenge to their power by announcing that he passed away." This is a personal opinion and is not backed up by any source and is purely speculation. I am going to honor the Conservapedia Commandments and change the heading in order to reflect what is known and not speculation.
