The Right Honorable Peter Robinson MP MLA (born 29 December 1948) is Northern Irish politician. A Member of Parliament for the Democratic Unionist Party since 1979, he is currently leader of that party and First Minister of Northern Ireland. His wife, [[Iris Robinson]], also a British MP, recently generated outrage by suggesting that homosexuals should receive counselling to curb their inclinations.

Robinson has courted controversey on numerous other occasions, including speaking on behalf of a terrorist organisation that was importing arms from outside [[Northern Ireland]], and invading the gardai station in the town of Clontribert in the Republic of Ireland with 500 supporters who assaulted 2 gardai before staging a military march down the town's main street.
