Stephen Colbert is also believed by many bible-interpreting Christians to be a long-lost descendent of Jesus Christ himself. Evidence of this is largely based off the mention of him in Jeremiah 17:7; "Blessed is the man who trusts in the Colbert and has made Him his hope and confidence", Peter 5:7; "Cast your cares upon Stephen, for he cares about you", and Psalms 62:1; "my soul finds rest in Colbert alone: My salvation comes from Him."
