I'd say "yes." Free trade has increased the world's wealth and prevented excessive inflation in America. This is a core reason why our current high gas prices haven't led to any serious problems - cheap labor from overseas. "Free trade" as it is always practices (as opposed to theorized) naturally maximizes and isolates wealth amongst an elite few. -JBall
