Enrico Anthony "Rick" Lazio (born March 13, 1958 in Amityville, New York) served as a [[Republican]] U.S. Representative from [[New York]]'s 2nd congressional district from 1993 through 2001. He rose to the rank of Deputy Majority Whip and later the Assistant Majority Leader.
