The Greek word Χάος does not exist in the New Testament manuscripts at all. A few translations have chaos in the Old Testament. For example Isaiah 24:10 has chaos in the NLT, NASB, and RSV. The Hebrew word is תהו or tohuw (strong's number h8414) which is the same word used in Genesis 1:2 as 'formless'. I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish by saying 'chaos' doesn't exist in the Bible or what word (Greek or Hebrew) means chaos and where you expect to find it. --[[User:JohnnyS|JohnnyS]] 19:48, 2 September 2009 (EDT) | The Greek word Χάος does not exist in the New Testament manuscripts at all.
