The '''Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change''' ('''IPCC''') is the UN's climate panel. Although it is generally considered to be an objective, neutral scientific body trying to find out whether or not the [[global warming theory]] is true, in actuality it had a biased agenda from the start.

The '''Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change''' ('''IPCC''') was created by the United Nations to publish scientific evidence for the theory of human-caused global warming, which would then give governments a scientific justification for signing the global warming treaty (see [[Kyoto Protocol]]).
