A holy God will not allow sin in His presence, (Hab. 1:13; Ps. 5:4; 94:20; Rv. 21:27) and on that basis alone those who want to live a "moral life" without God are excluded from the Kingdom of Heaven; they have about 70 years to do so, then comes the judgement.
