I'm inclined to revert Lorddragyn's edits, which repeatedly downplay the culpability here by the Hollywood "stars". For example, James Dean was a notoriously irresponsible driver who died by running into someone else, and could have killed him too. It doesn't matter that the investigation could not conclude that speeding was the cause of the fatal wreck.
