added clarification about the source to hopefully prevent the same errors from being reintroduced into the article
The article refers to the spring, the season of the year, not a video game; there is no video game of such a title. In the source, it's capitalized because it's the first word of the sentence, not because it's a proper noun. The source says that Grand Theft Auto IV ''went on'' to gross $500 million and became the biggest blockbuster of the spring season, not that the non-existent video game "Spring" grossed that much.
