Adding <code><nowiki>[[#mw-pages|Pages]]</nowiki></code> & <code><nowiki>[[#mw-category-media|Media]]</nowiki></code> to the top of a category page provides links to the “pages” section and the “media” (images, etc.) section of the category page.
