The '''Foreign Agricultural Service''' is a USDA agency that administers agricultural export and [[food]] aid programs. FAS is also responsible for formulating agricultural trade policy, negotiating to reduce foreign agricultural trade barriers, and carrying out programs of international cooperation and technical assistance.
