:Check this site out [http://www.education-research.org/CSR/Holdings/Silvermaster/summaries.htm]. Remember, Bentley never named Flato, but out of the 164 volumes in the FBI investigation (probably 40,000 pages), the editor who made these summaries recorded two hits, vol 24 and vol 130. There may be more in the other volumes (like what I think I found) but nobodies dug it out and made a summary or posted a citation link with the volume and page number yet (don't worry about NOR, we're not so strict on that).
