They often have babies as teenagers and have more so that the government will give them more money so they don't have to work for a red cent.
Welfare queens are all too common in the [[United States]] because of the government giving them all this money they can't afford to give. They also get tax exemptions and food stamps. Liberal Democrats and other godless heathens are responsible.
