Hoye II is founder and President. Their mission is to end [[abortion]] by raising awareness and to fight the biblically immoral implementation of biotechnology on African-Americans. Their advisory board members include highly visible [[pro-life]] activists such as [[Alveda King]], Star Parker and [[Lila Rose]]. The Issues4life Foundation supports the California Human Rights Amendment. The group is a member of the National Black Pro-Life Union. Issues4life Foundation keeps a running total of abortions on their homepage so far in 2011.
