Many of these 'counterexamples' can be disproved quite easily with the application of a little science. Ask any reputable astronomer, geologist or biologist to refute these, and they will with ease. The fact that the earth is more than 6000 years old does not in itself disprove the existence of God, so this whole debate is pointless.
