*Mostly economic systems, but both ''can'' be forms of government. The issue I had was with the grammar - "They claim that [[socialism]] is a better than [[capitalism]]" is inarguably incorrect grammar. I've changed it to "*They claim that [[socialism]] is superior to [[capitalism]]," which shouldn't have any problems. [[User:DouglasL|DouglasL]] 13:13, 22 February 2011 (EST)
