Andy is right there is no written constrition in hte UK, but this seems a rather perjorative spiin. Other laws are enacted to maintain freedom of speech. In dood faith, I would be interested in knowing what laws there are enforced agaisnt critiscism of them monarchy as the latter has frequently occured freely in modern times? User:Doctor Fox (I don't know how to sign my name).
