I was thinking we can assign a playing card to each political cards in order to make them more memorable. For example, millionaires and billionaires card can be K♦ (King of Diamonds). The over-sensitive card can be 8♥ (Eight of Hearts). The value of the playing card can represent how valuable the political card is.
