Changes

Although I see the statement has been removed now, I'm curious to know why George Patton, the undoubtedly brilliant Allied commander that the was and home schooled as well, was a  'genius... who could have saved England from ruin.' Obviously I'm missing something here but, aware as I am of his military abilities, arguably verging on genius, I don't understand the contentions. Firstly how England is, or was, ruined, and assuming for sake of arguement it is/was, how Patton could have prevented it. Can someone please enlighten me? Many thanks.
