[[English language|English]] has the ability to borrow words from other languages integrate them into every day usage. Most of English is derived from other [[Christianity|Christian]] languages such as [[French]], [[German]], and [[Latin]]. However, many words also come from [[Arabic]], the language of [[Islam]]. Some Christians prefer not to use words that have a history rooted in a belief system so different from their own, or from a language spoken by enemies of America and Christianity. <ref>http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/lookout/arizonans-arms-over-haboob-local-weather-reports-141147759.html</ref>
