What is the copyright status of this page? It does not identify its source or copyright, in violation of [[Conservapedia:Commandments]] rule #1. The USA State Department appears to have a partial licence to copy the text, provided a message is included.[http://usinfo.state.gov/usa/infousa/facts/democrac/38.htm] I don't know if that is where this copy comes from, or whether it is available by other means under a different licence, but [http://www.stanford.edu/group/King/publications/ this] suggests not. :One would think that the copyright would be in the hands of the King estate? I believe copyright is for the lifetime of the author +50 years, renewable.
