In humans, the mammary glands are generally not refered to directly. When it is absolutely necessary to make some reference to this feminine feature, as in such cases where a parent or doctor may be required to report on some girl's physical maturity, a polite formula of words would be to just say that she "has been blessed". Decency and a proper regard for avoiding any opportunity for prurience would suggest that this should suffice.
