Changes

I've created a separate sub-section for Lockerbie. I've tried to put some balance into the article, i.e. mentioning the flimsiness, verging on complete non-existence, of the case against al-Meghrahi. It's widely felt in Scotland and in the UK in general, including many of the relatives of British victims of the Lockerbie bombing, that a jury of 15 people gifted with ordinary levels of commonsense - the "best of the public", if you like - would not have regarded the case against him as proven beyond reasonable doubt. There is also a widespread suspicion that Clinton, Blair or both, arranged for the bribery of people who could be presented to the court as witnesses.
