A '''liberal''' (also '''leftist''') Is a person who is generally good. They, along with those on the conservative end of the American political spectrum, argue against eachother. This argueing is 100% necessary to ensure that American citizens recieve the best, it's like making sure one leaning pillar doesn't fall on a group of people by leaning another pillar onto it. But the best results, the results that made country a world super power, is when these two amazing forces, conservative and liberal, agree, and work together.  These two powers together are unstoppable, and undeniably the most intelligent pairing in humanity, affirmed by their turning of America to as powerful as it is today.
