*Because only 33% of the senate seats were elected in the 2010 elections, and the 2006 and 2008 election were highly favored to liberals, only 33% of the senate reflects what the country feels right now, while 100% of the house seats turned over, meaning the house actually is willing to stop America from borrowing more and more - by not raising the debt ceiling at all, while the senate was swayed by liberal wall street bankers.
