::::@SeanS, you're incorrect because everyone except Indians and slaves were granted citizenship when the constitution was adopted.  The 14th amendment granted citizenship to everyone born on American soil after it was ratified.  Unfortunately, this excludes the individuals in question.  --[[User:StevenG|StevenG]] 20:17, 30 August 2011 (EDT)
