::Well, I feel that you haven't read up much about British politics then. I think you need to understand that Tony Blair had very good diplomatic connections, and understood his statesman. However, Gordon Brown just fell for PR stunts, making him an irritating blot on the great british politics. Specifically, look up his time as a chancellor of exchequer, he mostly failed us.
