Per Andy, information/instructions have been added to the site area, Conservapedia:Administrators [[http://www.conservapedia.com/Conservapedia:Administrators]]  Ed and I, among some others, will be working with Andy to develop some guidelines for handling dispute resolution among Sysop's, etc.  Input from all current Sysop's is encouraged, once we decide the exact parameters. We don't want to become top heavy with minute rules!
